Right of Withdrawal Policy

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Global Mart International Limited, Flat 5, 4/F, Won Hing Building, 74-78 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong, Email: support@flanex.store) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email or letter). You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return shipment. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• the supply of goods that can perish quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
